ANAS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD (ACSB)

is a Malaysia-based construction company involved in building, civil and marine construction. The company has emerged as a main player in the industry plying its trades in many government as well as private-driven projects, particularly in northern region of Malaysia.

The company has been constructing housings, hotels and commercials, highrise buildings, public infrastructures, marine structures and port facilities for years. The most notable being the construction of North Butterworth Container Terminal (NBCT), worth around RM682 million, which at that time was the second biggest undertaking in Penang in terms of the project value, right after the proposed Second Penang Bridge.

In line with its business expansion plan, ACSB has recently diversified its trades into property development, whereby it acquires lands, build the properties itself and sell to the public. One of the main advantages of being the contractor cum developer, with own highly equipped resources, manpower and machineries; the company is able to deliver the products on time and control the quality and efficiency for every endeavor, meeting the high demands and sophisticated needs of the industry.
